Anyone going to Mid-Ohio with NASA in April?
Well, are you?
I haven't signed up yet, still waiting to hear about the credit for the snow day last year. But I probably will soon.
Does anyone (or two) want to share a garage?
I'm hoping that since this year's event is three weeks later than last year's (and maybe with some help from global warming), the weather will be a little warmer this year. Hell, it's 75 here in Maryland today! Winter should be over out there in six weeks, right?

I'm already signed up but just for Friday. This will be my first HPDE with NASA. I've done 2 days at BeaveRun, but never at Mid-Ohio. I've been studying in car camera footage to try and speed up my learning curve. Look forward to seeing some other Z's out there.
I'll be there, testing my new RA1s
And getting my TT licence. I'm running TTB (thanks to Track + tires... hehe)
I have a nice video for you to watch on my web site. www.alexandre-malouin.com/ The second to last link.
We will be running on the new pavement. So no concrete to cheat your way out of a turn!

I want to run the new & improved Mid-Ohio track again, but April has NOT been a good month for me in prior years of DE's. Something about snow & racing doesn't mix, and no, I don't want to track with my Blizzaks.
Maybe later in the year at a non-NASA 2 day event......
Any good events there in August?
That said, have a blast & drink a super-sized Margarita for me!

Great day for tracking!
My pic isn't nearly as bad, but I still decided discretion is the better part of valor.
So, my new rule is NO DE's in April. But, getting anxious last year, I ran locally at ABCC in April, in flurries. Enough is enough. NO April events for me. But, May 1st I'm going back to the ABCC with PCA!
But I would like to check out your new wheel/tire set-up, as I'm leaning towards the same thing.

C'mon, Bruce. It just can't be that bad three weeks later in the year.
There's a chance I may decide (for personal reasons) not to go, and I know for sure that if I don't make it, it will be the most perfect weekend ever.
I suppose by that logic, if I do go there will be even more snow than last year, but I'm still going to do my best to get there.
Has anyone heard from NASA yet about the credit? I sent an e-mail requesting it per their instructions, just before the March 1 deadline, and I sent another one a week later asking how to use the credit if I want to register, and I haven't had a response to either. I don't want to wait much longer.
Oh, and how about the garage sharing? Since I'm not 100% sure yet, perhaps you could sign up for it, Kolia, and I'll join in with you? Then if I have to crap out, you could just look for someone else to take my place?
