A couple of pics from Sunday's wet AutoX.







I'm not sure if it's an optical illusion caused by the water but in that second picture it sure looks like I'm 3-wheelin' it.

19" LE37T's 9½" up front, 10½" in rear. Michelin PS2s 255/285. I was really impressed with the way the PS2s handled in the wet and standing water.

nice pics!! yeah, we had ps2 as our 'rain tire' at a div event last year and they did pretty well.. almost as fast as a full depth victoracer with the conditions we were in.

but yeah, what's going on in pic two? go in too hot??

 

From what I can tell, the pics were taken on either my first or second run. From what I remember, there was one or two corners I went into way too fast and had to brake hard. The pics don't show enough of the course or background for me to recognize where I was at the time.

 

still cool looking.. and damn those volks look like 20s.

I took 1st place (I was the only entry in the class ). I was 13 out of 33 in PAX though. Still waiting for the official results to be posted.

 

Hey Greg - I'm still waiting for you to get out there. There's another event on the 21st. I'll post an announcement in the South Central Region forum.

 

OT, What does BSP mean...Sucha newb question, I know but I have been trying to find this out!

 

BSP is "B" Street Prepared. The stock Z normally runs in the BS ("B" Stock) class.

Changed my mind about wheels AGAIN, think I'll settled for some OEM Track wheels as a cheap alternative. Moving into a house and its going to be a bit more expensive per month so I can't spend as much as I want on wheels

 

Absolutely gorgeous!!!!! I miss autocrossing my car (or driving it for that matter, heh).
