oem 18x8 6 spokes with 245/35 710's

would it work ?

reason being i have a set of 710's and need to start using some track rubber and not kill them on the way to the track.

245's should be fine on 8" wide wheels.

Why would you do 245/35?

710's IIRC come in some odd 18" sizes - basically only a 245/35/18 or a 285/30/18, neither of which are ideal for a 18x8. I've heard of people squeezing the 285's onto 8's but hear it's quite a chore.

its nice when i got 4 - 2 hour take offs
it looks like i am going to get a set of kazeras 18x8.5
the bigger rubber size for the 9.5 all around just get more spendy plus with the free set of rubber the 8.5 will be fine
