Very fun track. I'd recommend it. I'm sorry I can't go midweek like that. I'll see if I can do anything though. I'd like to go. I haven't been there since they revamped it though. The old course was great, very hard on the driver's front tire though through the 1 and 2 turn combination.



It did this to my tire. Shouldn't be an issue with the new course.

 

Damn. What tires were you running?

 

BFG R1's. They were a 00 treadwear rating. VERY sticky, but didn't last very long as you can see. I got a great deal on them and they were lots of fun.

 

The old layout was a lot of fun - especially since you could run one way in the morning then run the opposite direction in the afternoon. Once you felt like you had it down you were right back to zero .

Nothing that I know of. One of the guys who I usually go with has an S2K and never has had an issue with any safety regs. Only one I know of is you have to have a DOT/SNELL approved helmet but a quick trip to Walmart fixes that.
