Default Adding APR Splitter

The splitter mounts to the nose of the front bumper. Does anyone know how to cut the lower difusser to fit this modification?

I would appreciate any suggestions or experience.

I don't have one, but i think the stock diffuser just unbolts since it is a add on (if that is the one you are reffering to cutting). Might want to try the exterior forum for more feedback

I hope someone can help you Ray. Maybe go to Tony?
BTW...we missed you at Laguna.
It was rainy and fun.
The race was quite exciting.

See you at SP.

If you are adding it to the stock front bumper, I wouldn't recommend it. It's been nothing buy a pain in the butt for me to constantly tighten and adjust it.

I would really not recommend it if you are going to use it for road courses. Once I get going past 115 or 120mph, it flaps up and down pretty bad and I have it about as reinforced as possible. It's definitely a looks ever function sort of thing.

I'm actually going to cut about an inch and a half off the back of the splitter to see if it helps by being able to scoot it back a bit.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the feed back. I thought I would add more of the bracing bars. But I will watch it. I am having it installed at a shop I have worked with before so I will see if they can add bracing to the bumper.
