New 3.4 mile road course under construction in Kentucky

Has anybody heard about this? I'm really looking forward to driving on it. Might even consider an associate membership - $100/month for 30+ sessions per year.

all i know is that if i living in OH or is this was anywhere near me, i'd deffinately have a membership
