wierd rear suspension feeling

currently there is too much over right now w/ the car..
not understeer...
and currently i am speaking in regards to high speed turns on the track.. ie sweepers 80-90 +
anything under 70 the car feels rock solid...
it feels neutral with a hint of oversteer. I've been on and off of drifting since... 02 and have competed heavily back on the east coast when the events were readily available.. however i am trying to steer away from massive oversteer in corners.. i do prefer the car to push slightly.
i currently run 255/285 on 9.5 10.5 +22 offset wheels and i recently got these wheels so i should be able to dial back rear camber quite a bit.. previous to this my wheels were a little more extreme...
i was planning on raising the height as well as dialing back the camber as well as swapping to the oe stance springs considering quite a bit of weight was lifted from the rear end and more weight has been added to the front end......
in regards to aero..
i currently have a vertex kit.. (i know its looks)
however at the very least i'd like to get a wing out back..
i understand that i will be having a lot more drag but it is worth it for the peace of mind. however i am worried that if i dont balance the rear wing with at least a splitter or front canards that may bite me in the end with terminal high speed understeer that couldnt be correct with slight throttle correction.
