I feel your pain, I was out in the garage at 1am last night trying to replace the destroyed breather tube from when I had mine shipped via UPS. Ultimately, I blame the packing, but still...

Hey Nicolay, missed you at the last few NASA events!

I'm trying to maximize my setup for NASA Time Trials (TTC) and its working nicely. I was finally able to participate in time trials and man its such a blast.

I bought some 275/40/17 tires on 17x10 wheels, awesome grip, this setup is very popular and it works. My homestead lap times are dropping and the car has lots more potential in it, I just need to get smoother. My best time last weekend was a 1:44.3~ which isnt bad at all. I'm sure the car has a low 43 in it if not a 42 with a really good driver.

Btw, I ran this event on the stock brake system but running race pads. The good news is that I didnt have any brake problems, the bad news is that the pads were done by the end of the weekend. Although its great to not have to take +2 points for running upgraded calipers, its not feasable financially as the pads are too expensive to have for just 1 weekend.

Hope to see you out there soon.

hey, you did check the flanges (tabs) didnt you? those can be bent if UPS tries hard enough. I think I saw somebody selling a pumpkin minus one stub axle because of a shipping mishap

Cool man sounds like you are having a blast, you have to tell me more about this one. Wasting pads is the worse thing about the stock brakes.

I think Im ready to go back to the track, probably for March (???)
