stupid noob question (flame suit on)

So the Nismo comes with 18" wheels in front and 19" in the rear. From a road course view would this be an advantage or not? Do Nismo owners switch out to same size wheels?

smaller = less rotating mass, less weight

but even if you did switch, maybe it nots worth it..

I mean would you really feel the difference? If I had the Nismo wheels I would not switch to a squared 18" setup just because I am not really a hardcore track guy. IMO it really wouldn't make that much of a difference..

 

The best setup imho is the 18" staggered setup in +15, +12 offsets.

Common question. The answer is not sure about wheel diameter and racing.

What I am sure about is tires. Better tires are definitely advantageous.
