Former Track Junkie looking for New Fun/Track Car
Kolia,
I have an 06 with no oil consumption but many of them consume oil. Make sure to check with the owner on this. It might have had engine replacement already(no a bad thing).
If it has less than 60k on the clock then it's still covered under the powertrain warranty.

just remember you break a expensive track car its hard to play. also parts, tires, wear and tear on a z is going to set you back some. a excellent car for tracks you can do FWD nissan Sentra SE-R and proper suspension and mild turbo or ***** to wall NA SR20VE VVL youll have alot of fun beating the **** out of it and not worrying about the car itself and pass all the exotics
Fooshe
Your car has to much preparations done to it for my taste. *The only things I care for are a set of Koni dampers, SPL upper A-arms and a Y-back exhaust for a bit more sound. *Barely 2,000$ worth.
A BBK would follow next, but I'd be happy with an OEM Brembo setup. *And eventually a shorter ratio clutch LSD. * But that's way down the line.
The SCAB (Side Curtain Air Bags) is a huge plus on your car tho. *Just these might push me toward a new car.
Your asking price will make more sense when all the '08 cars are gone from the dealerships. *Between yours and a new VQ35HR equipped 2008 Enthusiast for 24k, financed on 60 months at 1.9%, it's a tough sale.

I still think you would like mine better for all around fun.
I am not sure why you think there is too much prep. The suspension is fully adjustible so you set the ride height and damper settings. The brakes are perfect for this car and the rest of the stuff only enhances the car or lightens the car.
As for price, mine is at $17,995. With the mods I have vs. a stock enthusiast '08...please, there is no real comparison.
In either case, I hope you find what you want.

Fooshe I didn't mean to imply your car isn't well prepared. It simply wasn't exactly what I wanted so I'm unwilling to spend the extra money on the mods.
I believe your price is right for what your car offers.
I found a car that I'll be picking up next Tuesday. Bone stock '06 Track with some base warranty left on it.

I know of a full-on NASA PTB race car for sale, less than $20K, located in the southeast...PM for more info is seriously interested
This is NOT my car, but a good friends car...and it is top notch/fresh build with less then 5 races on it.
