In all honesty, running an OEM engine for 100 days on track, is pretty respectable in anyone's book.

I would recommend using the best quality fluids and changing them before/after each track event, and being religious with track inspections, and general maintenence. All the key moving parts will wear out with time. Don't neglect things like upper and lower control arm bushings, front and rear hubs..etc..etc.

Have fun!

I consider a weekend of tracking, a "track day event". I am estimating, but it was 2-3 years of hard track use.

Your mileage my vary.

that isn't too bad... think about all the caymans going in "hydro" lock because the fake dry sump doesn't work very well on the track or the LS3 engine going in oil surge during hard cornering..

of course, none of those problem never existed in real life and I was dreaming all the time according to the owners.

Now that sounds better. 100 track events versus 100 track days. Of course all track event vary in terms of duration. I have had some one day events where I got more track miles than other 2 day events.
