Default Problems with ride height

Is there any reason why one side of my car sits about 1/2 inch higher than the other side ?....this is only in the front....both coilovers are set equal...car seems to handle fine....

Make sure you're checking ride height on a perfectly level surface. Where your coilovers are "set" is irrelevant. Adjust the coilovers are follows:

1. Determine what ride height you want the car to run at. Lots of different reasons for lots of different heights and rake. You need to figure out what your goals are and what ride height helps reach those goals.

2. Set the ride height exactly.

3. Drive the car on bumpy, curvy roads for 20 miles. Check the ride height and adjust accordingly.

4. Put the car on corner scales. Using the coilovers to set the corner weights with you sitting in the driver's seat (or sandbags mimicking your weight).

5. Drive the car on bumpy, curvy roads for 20 miles. Go back to step 4 and repeat one time.

6. Ignore any ride height variations once the corner weights are as good as you can make them.

you missunderstand... i think the cars chassis might be tweaked....the left is lower than the right by 1/2 inch no matter what surface it is on. the right side of the car is drooping....

i had the car cornerweighted it felt poor. i went equal height because that is how factory suspension is.....I want to know if there is a reason why body panels are lower on one side or why the frame would be bent in such a way

all cars sit a little uneven. not sure why you dont adjust the ride height so its all the same. thats one of the reasons people buy coilovers.

the left is lower than the right by 1/2 inch no matter what surface it is on. the right side of the car is drooping....
Then raise the left front coil over by 1/2" and you'll feel all better.
