Just getting back from my first trip to Sebring. What an amazing facility, track, and steeped in tradition. This was an incredible experience for me, and I highly recommend this track to everyone!
Was fortunate enough to grid behind this awesome Ferrari F430 GT race car, and we ended up doing a few hot laps behind him, before getting seperated by traffic. I didn't have quite enough to get back him, but still fun!

Looks like that car WAAY out accels the GT-R. It does seem you have better braking though. I don't know about the traffic, but it seemed you were about to catch up about the 3:10 mark, but overcooked the turn-in doing so cuz he was GONE shortly after that. Brake fade or just too much speed for the R888 grip?
On a more complimentary note, you were ripping past those Porsches like they were standing still. THAT was awesome.

Did anything break/fall-off due to the rough track? did you bottom-out any?

Turn 17 is a biatch with it's double apex. Get it wrong and it slows your lap time. And the bumps in 17 I could do without. Very nice time for your first time at Sebring. Last time I was there I was on the track with the Compuware C6 GT3 Vette with slicks doing tire testing and those cars are on another level even thought they have alot less HP than we have. I'f I'm not mistaken that's the F430 that won the GT3 class Le Mans this year getting ready for the 12 hours.
Sebring is brutal and has great history. There are always some real race cars there to run with.
Sharif I'm sure you can really appreciate this video now. 2:08 lap time!

I really like when there is someone in front of me that's a wee bit faster. Its like playing with a better golfer...you do better yourself.
