Onlinetires.com Legit?
So I "found" some Nitto NT-01s at onlinetires.com and ordered them today to have for the second half of the track season. DTD is out of stock (255/40-17s). Now I'm seeing on the Better Biz Bureau that the company in Cerritos has an F rating and has punked a bunch of customers. I called my CC company but the charge hasn't appeared so they can't contest it yet. Has anyone had a successful transaction with these guys? Am I freaking over nothing?

bro, they have the worst reviews ever! They have the best prices but that doesnt mean anything. I tried calling for 2 days one time and no one ever answered. Half of the tires that they list are on back ordered, i placed an order for some nankangs ns2's for my gf 240sx and they emailed me after receiving my payment and said the tires were on backordered so they are going to send me another set of tires equal to them. I heard nothing but bad reviews about these guys. gl on getting your tires or your money back, let us know what happens.

I have ordered 2 sets from them and had a great experience both times. Never for performance tires, but for my 4-runner. Much cheaper than stealership.
Tracking numbers provided within 24 hours.
I have never had to use customer service so can't speak on that.
I hope it works out for you.

So by the next morning no charge from onlinetires appeared on my card so I canceled it with a big sigh of relief. Two days later Gary the sales dude called and left a message to ask for my email address again. I think he also had the card number wrong, but I don't know that. Whether I'd have gotten the tires or not, I'll never know. Still feel like I may have dodged a a bullet tho. Nothing worse than a Better Bis Bureau F rating.
