Asphalt Ventures - VIR - Nov 28 & 29

Asphalt Ventures / rEvolution Performance 2010 Tryptophan Recovery Plan
This event will close the 2010 season for Asphalt Ventures at Virginia International Raceway, and we hope you can join us... there's something for everyone!
Sunday, November 28th - VIR Patriot Course & Skid Pad:
If you're not a morning person, this day is for you... check in starts at 9:00am, driver's meetings at 10:00, lunch/parade laps, then the fun really begins at noon...
Beginners/novices: You'll be treated to the 1st annual "Newbie Clinic" with Chuck Hawks and rEvolution Performance classroom and skid pad exercises. You'll then move on to instructed track sessions on VIR's Patriot Course, 1.1 miles of constant activity.
Intermediate, advanced/solo, and instructors will alternate track sessions (intermediate drivers will have an in-car instructor.) There won't be extra classroom for these groups, so you'll be able take a breather between track sessions.
Monday, November 29th - VIR Full Course:
This day will include a traditional driver's education format for beginners/novices, and intermediate/advanced drivers. Solo and Instructor level drivers will have longer, open lapping sessions (passing anywhere w/point.)
LOTS of track time for everyone, and priced right... space is limited, so please sign up early!
Beginner/Novice, Intermediate/Advanced DE: $299 for both days
Advanced Solo: $349 for both days
Instructors: $125 for both days (only 1 student assignment) or $0 (2-student assignments)
Intermediate, Advanced solo, and paying instructors can opt for 1-day only for $50 off. Beginners, you are required to attend both days.
More details, and of course online registration here: http://msreg.us/Trypto
Hope to see you there!
Please email or PM me if you have any questions
BUMP... the intermediate/advanced group is filling up fast!
Still lots of room in the Novice "Newbie Clinic" and in the solo lapping group.
Novice, Intermediate/Advanced ... $299 for two days at VIR !! (which, btw, is the same price that I charged last year for ONE day!)

Solo qualified drivers get SIX (6) HOURS of track time over two days (4.5 of that on Full Course on Monday)
Intermediate/advanced group gets 4.5 hours of track time
Novice group gets 2 hours & 40 minutes of track time (not including the skid pad time as well.)

Hey guys... update... the novice 2-day and intermediate groups are sold out... but I've got a few more slots (OK, more than a few) available for solo qualified drivers, and I've just added a few Monday-only novice slots. Here's the skinny:
Solo drivers: For $299 you'll get FOUR 1-hour sessions, and one 30-minute session at the end of the day. You'll be on track with other solo drivers (including instructors) but passing will be anywhere with a point, and it's on VIR Full Course, so traffic really should not be a problem.
As you can see... you'll get as much (or more) track time this one day as you'll typically get in most full two day DE's. The long sessions lend themselves to testing and tweaking. I can even arrange some one-on-one coaching and/or data-logging if interested. Additionally... if you want even more track time, for another $50 you can come on Sunday the 28th where I'll have a wet skid pad available as well as track time on VIR Patriot Course.
Novice drivers: For $249 you'll get FOUR 30-minute sessions w/in-car instruction as well as world class classroom instruction by Chuck Hawks. You must have at least one previous driver's ed event.
My definition of solo qualified is this:
You must have previous, verifiable experience in advanced, solo run groups. If you're familiar with NASA, this would mean HPDE4 or TT licensed (and of course current race licensed drivers.) I'd also accept drivers who typically drive in HPDE3 with an instructor or event steward reference.
Solo qualified does NOT included simply being "signed off" to solo during an intermediate or advanced instructed run group. Again, you'll be on track with racers and instructors with many years of experience. Not trying to scare anyone, just setting the proper expectations.
To get registered, simply follow this link to MotorsportReg.com and follow the instructions:

Registration closes Midnight, Wednesday the 24th
Thanks!!
