Anyone swapped their alternator for a lighter unit?
Not sure on the exact weight of the stock one but Its quite heavy
We probably dont need all 110amps either, for example I don't have heated/electric seats, audio, interior lights, heater/aircon etc or even highbeam

 

is the car your daily or just track?

 

It hasn't even got a heater anymore, yes full track car

 

plan to compete with it? If so check the class rules before deciding.

I will say the powermaster competition line has been good to us.

It would save me removing it to weight it
