Some instructors like to lay back and take a nap in the passenger seat at over 120mph or when tackling a sweeper with the tail hanging out.

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions laying around? Or know what hardware we should use to mount this thing in.

Would acquiring the hardware Sparco uses for their harness bar possibly work?

The bar that I bought was used and didn't come with instructions. the two bolts that anchor the seat belts at the top are too short, so I bought
2 EACH STEEL HEX CAP SCREWS GR8 7/16" -20 X 2-1/4" ZINC YELLOW
2 EACH STEEL HEX CAP SCREWS GR8 7/16" -20 X 2-1/2" ZINC YELLOW
4 EACH STEEL SAE FLAT WASHER GR9 7/16" ZINC YELLOW
the original OEM screws are 2 inches long so I bought a set that is 1/4" and one set that is 1/2" longer just in case. For the achor bolts that are located on the floor of the trunk compartment I bought
2 EACH SST SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREWS A2 M8 X 25MM METRIC
2 EACH SST SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREWS A2 M8 X 50MM METRIC
10 EACH SST THICK FLAT WASHER TYPE 316 5/16"
I bought several sizes just in case, don't want to have to make another trip to the screw products store. the spares just go in the bolt bins. I haven't completed the installation
because I just picked up the bolts today.

Used the 2 gr8 7/16" -20 x 2-1/4" zinc yellow on the top seat belts
1 each sst socket head cap screw a2 m8 x 25mm metric and
1 each sst socket head cap screw a2 m8 x 50mm metric
but should be substituted by an a2 m8 x 35mm metric.
The bar has a spacer welded to the bottom of the right rear
anchor plate.
The bar fits nicely. Will post pictures as soon as i get a chance.

I care because I still use my car on the street and use the passenger seat. Thanks for the info.

You don't sit int he passenger side do you? I don't, so it doesn't matter. Also the pass side of my car isn't that bad, i could easily ride in it for a 4 hour drive to the track.

Yes, I do occasionally sit in the passenger side and I do care about more than just the driver's seat on my car. Thanks for the additional information about long trips though. Planning on driving 450 miles to my next track day in mid April, and looking forward to it.
