Good article and as far as the WHP rule, they gave a little wiggle room per year.

Cool, thanks. I met Jeremy last month, and heard he was planning on entering the series with me. That will make 3 of us likely by the end of the summer.

Yup, the wt/HP ratio stays at 12.0:1 for each pair of years, so hp goes up on odd years and the weight minimum goes along with it.
