No NASA dates at COTA? Is there some reason?

Nothing for 2013. This biggest issue is it's about $180k for a 3 day weekend.

If I remember correctly in old t3 the z was limited to a 255 tire. Here's hoping the 275s help

18x9 and 18x10s allowed on 275/30 tires?

That's 3250 (DE) / 3350 (HR) at the end of the race WITH driver, correct? The rev-up DE gets an unfair advantage in this scenario. No HP limitation makes the HR quite the favorite at these weights, IMO.

At least I can race at Laguna Seca now (NASA doesn't race there) and run me some Hohos!

I would think you would have to run in pure Spec Z form, down to the tires. I haven't read anything into it, however. 275 R1 (not R1S) is probably not all that much faster than the current T3 specs. Keep in mind they have open shocks, etc...
