The cage will be similar to this Subaru. Tied into the rear subframe and whatnot.

Main hoop is started
Pulled my bumper cover and crash beam. Stripped the rear wiring down to brake and running lights, and speedo.

I'm really happy with the way the tube fitment is looking. The guys at RobiSpec are real pros.

The required tubing is all DOM 1.750 OD, .095 wall. My hatch will Aerocatch pin to the cage at the top and to the body at the back. I'm looking at options for front fenders, I'm trying to get a little extra width for a big square tire setup. After the chassis is done I'll start looking at aero options, I think my wing stands might need to go through the bumper cover to the chassis, there's just no strength in the hatch.

Where did you get the roof from? Did you make it?

Some parts starting to stack up. Still need to order a Wilwood MC and prop valve, some Aerocatches, and a few other small items.

I plan on painting the interior white and filling all tho openings in the dash and center console with carbon pieces. I'm going to run the prop valve out of the E-brake opening like this nismo...

So now that you have had 2 years to finish the build... upload the pics!!
This build was really shaping up. I'd really like to know how it turned out???
Does anyone know what happened to this car?
I have often thought what a useful car the 350 would be if you cut out the rear trunk reinforcement and stiffened it back up with a roll cage.
