Never driven it in the rain, but it has great tread to disperse water, much better than the NT05 that I have driven halfway across country in the rain with on a 50% tire.

i've done a couple track sessions in pretty heavy rain on the rs-3. it wasn't very fast, but they managed. and of course they are great in the dry. I was running them on 17" wheels and the set only cost a little over $500 (255/40 square).

So as much as I was convinced on the RS3s

I got my price for these tires through my work and turns out I would be getting the PSS about $45 cheaper than the RS3s comparing their wholesale cost.
So going to save basically $100 for my rears and $200 if I were going to do all 4.
But again. If I didn't have this discount. Kinda hard to get away from the RS3s

I love my PSS's, have tried the PS2 and PS3's and these are by far my favorite. Haven't had a chance to track them but they grip well for a DD. Between the RS3 and PSS, I'd run the RS3's for both street and track, but keep in mind:

1) RS3's might not perform as well in the rain
2) They wear out much faster than the PSS's (since they're more track oriented)

If you DD a lot and slightly track, PSS's. If it's the other way around, RS3. & look out for the promotions Michelin runs ($70 rebate for a set of 4).

R888 i had good experience with these tires, mainly AutoX, it has a decent wear, heat up quick and predictable limit, my set up is RPF1 10.5 18, 295/30/18 all around. still lot of time to gain out there, just installed a quaife diff, testing it next event. not to mention that still some what "streetable" lol

bought the set form tire rack for just under 1k
