yup thats right. ide call it more than entry level tho. i woudlnt call any dlsr entry level.

Well, I mean, for a DSLR, esp. for Canon's line, it's "entry-level". But in the overall product lineup it's definitely at least prosumer.

Walt, I just happen to like Canons.

Nice autocross course.

That wet street footage reminds me of how I learned to autocross. Wet streets in Golden Gate Park in SF early in morning .
