I've got one of the V1 on my '08 (I actually bought one of your prototypes, if you recall), and I've got a small problem with it. I thought the front sway bar needed lubrication, so I pulled the panel off to access the bushings. As it turns out, it's the bar itself which is making contact with the panel, and it looks like about 1/2 the thickness of the aluminum is already worn away. Any ideas about a workable solution? Thanks in advance.
You can simply bend the shield slightly to clear if it is that close. I changed it a bit since the original prototypes so they have more clearance in that area but normally the only ones that touched were the cars with bigger, aftermarket sway bars.
You can also slightly loosen the rear 2 bolts, pull down on the shield a little and tighten the bolts back up while you hold it down, This normally gives you another 1/2" of clearance.

I've had this sitting around in the garage for a while and finally installed it today. Very nice piece. Also, FYI, it fits fine with the Chargespeed front bumper on my '07 HR. All the holes lined up fine.
