What's included in the hardware kit? Is it optional?

It includes all the hardware associated with mounting the shield. 10 extra bolts, 10 extra J-nuts, Some new stuff is included with the shield also. It is optional and if your original hardware is good you don't need it.

Yes it has been tested up to around 130 MPH.
There should be no issues as it is much more rigid than the plastic OE POS

Any idea if this would work with a v2?? My plastic undertray is ripped to shreds so I had to use zip ties to hold it to the wholes in the v2 so it's hard to judge.

If the OE shield bolt holes line up to it it will work.
Can you post a picture of the front area were the bumper attaches to the OE shield?

Fit my vortech! You just have to make sure your Hot side IC pipe is adjusted properly. BPV is not an issue.
