If it is version 1 of the lower tie bar yes, I think V1 is blue and the V2 changes colors gray/blue as you look at it at different angles.
It will not clear with the lower version V2 bar, I have had people move the bar to the other, back side of the sub frame so they can bolt the pan on.

how much shipped to 96707? also, i have the gt spec front tie brace on my v3 nismo, and i still have the OEM guard, does this mean your guard will fit without any probs?

Stock Nismo fascia on you 08 correct?
Do you have version 1 or version 2 GTSpec tie bar?
