They are really not any lower than V1, Just redesigned under the oil pan. Still the same clearance on the front part that may scrape.

Shipping varies but normally about 18-22 to texas.

These are packed in 275 # test FOL cartons, sealed in plastic and packed with bubble wrap. It will get there safe

I have had many buy it for the V2 bumper and say it fits fine.
