If it is the original version of the tie bar it will, If it is the later version tie bar that sits lower to clear the deeper oil pans it will not. The shield is made to clear the lower oil pans but will not clear the tie bar also.
The reason for this is if we made it that low it would drag on everything and you would lose ground clearance.

I have had guys just space the shield down to clear and also put the tie bar on the back side of the sub frame so it's not in the way.
