i have an 07 350z with oem hid. would like to replace the high beam with a 4k, low beam with a 6k and driving light with an 8k if possible. how much shipped to 93245

Yes! The high beam and low beams will still work separately, like normal.

Default Caution when ordering from these guys!! Possiable Scam!!

I just wanted to post this to send a word of caution to anyone considering doing business with these guys.

I placed an order with Diode Dynamics the first week of Febuary. It consisted of a pair of Angel Eyes, a stage III lighting kit for a 350z, and several red LED strips of various sizes. The entire order was around $250. It is now Febuary 25th and I still haven't seen a single peice of product I ordered.

I have e-mailed them 7-8 times using various methods (website, Paul directly, Julie directly) and only recieved ONE response. The response was the first week after I placed my order and simply stated the delay in my order was because it takes 5-10 business days to get the Angel Eyes, even tho the website shows them "In Stock". I was also informed that this 5-10 day delay was mentioned on the website, it is NOWHERE on the website.

Two weeks later, after a few e-mails with no response I decide to call. After 3 messages left on voicemail with no return call I decided to call again and this time was able to talk with Julie. She checked my order, said it still had not shipped and that the delay was from the Angel Eyes (this was 15 business days after I placed my order). She assured me they would get it taken care of and I should be getting an email with tracking info. I was also told I should have my package by Friday, two days after I talked to her. I did get an email with a tracking number a few min later. Today is now the 25th and the tracking number I was sent still shows "Scheduled for pickup on Febuary 15, 2012" and no additional information.

I have sent more emails and made more calls in the last couple days with no response. I am posting this as a warning to others and a last ditch effort to get the customer service I have yet to recieve. My next step will be to file fraudulent charges with my credit card and to report this to the BBB.

I have heard great things about the products these guys sell, just wish I could see this myself. I can say the customer service is non existent, at least in my experiance.

From a new 350z owner and a veteran 300zx modder, be careful who you trust!

The extra processing time is clearly stated on the product page- the angel eyes are the only item that we cannot keep "ready-to-ship" due to our current limitations in supply chain. I'm sorry for the trouble. I will check into your shipment on Monday. Generally that information is listed until it is delivered to you, but it should have been delivered by now. Either way, we'll certainly help you out to get this resolved right away.

I appreciate your response and will wait to hear from you. I left another voicemail today (I know your closed on the weekends) so you would have my order number and contact info once again. I would email you but I have already sent a few directly to that address without response. A direct contact number would be more useful because sending email and the phone number on the website havent given me good results. I am familiar with the lack of information that USPS shipments often provide. Perhaps offering a UPS shipping option with tracking info for an extra cost would be plausible? I definatly would have paid for it as I despise sending anything of real value USPS.

I would like to clarify about the 5-10 day delay. After some searching around I found a page on the website that did list a 5-10 day delay when ordering Angel Eyes. HOWEVER that information is NOT listed on the DIY Angel Eyes kit that fits the 350z. Why on earth would I know to look at a Angel Eyes kit for a car that is not mine to find out how long it will take to arrive? You might want to add this important information to the bottom of ALL your Angel Eyes kit pages to avoid confusion in the future.

Again thank you for the response. There is nothing like the feeling of dealing with a new company you never have before and not getting the service or product you paid for.
