Got the d2r bulbs & the license plate lights almost 3 weeks ago and I STILL haven't installed them. I wonder if there are any youtube videos or instructions on how to install these lights particularly on the Z

 

Just replace the bulbs!

How quickly do HID bulbs fade? When I bought my car about a year and a half ago the HIDs were very dim and a seller on this forum told me to change the bulbs as they fade over time. So I did. They were bright for a while, but now they are just as dim?

 

Quality bulbs should not fade. If they do, it would be very quickly (in 1-2 hours) before going out, and even then, it should be after years of use.

 

Bump for great customer service and so far good product. Ordered a set of 6000k HIDs to replace my stock 4300k about two weeks ago. Got my package 3-4 days later to my surprise empty. Sent them an email with pics of the envelope, and an explanation of what I saw. It was noticeable the box at one point was in there and a corner of the packaging was lifted so I assume somebody in USPS is using some free HIDs. Well i got a response to my email a couple minutes later with a new order number, an apology for the inconvenience and no questions asked. The lights look alot better than stock, maybe not as bright but a lot better. Thanks for the great service DD.

Driver side headlight just went out, just ordered replacement 4300k lights. Cant wait for them to arrive!
