Well I know an ebay seller that sells your bumper as you stated. I won't mention the name because I am not sure if it violates forum rules. Problem is he markets them as urethane and not polyurethane.

Urethane and Polyurethane are typically used interchangeably. If the seller were listing it as Polypropylene, THAT would be an issue. It's similar to everyone calling it a bumper and not a bumper cover, which is the technically correct name.
