Primer, find high-low spots, sand/primer, repeat.
We strive to ensure as clean a surface as possible, this way all parts coming out of the mold need less prep.

I will be in if is like the oem....with the emblem insert + fin struts on the intake of the bumper....but grate job anyway!!
I don't believe the side markers are going to fit unless you do some custom work. It's more of a directional vent as opposed to a cutout for the oem markers.
Do all the bumpers come with an initial coat of sandable primer? Are there any mounting posts for the side marker lights?
No sir, the bumpers do not come with any kind of primer applied, they come in a semi-gloss raw urethane finish.

Mr. Sparco is correct.

Does this come with the undertray like the Astek does? Vents for the cutouts? Does the lip go as far back as the Astek? I'm curious about FMIC clearance and if I'll have to cut it to make it fit. If so, no big deal... but I'm unsure of the best method to cut this material.

This does come with a bit of an undertray, however ours does not extend as far back as the Astek does. We designed ours so that it works with the factory undertray.
You will need to cut the back of the bumper to make an intercooler fit, as the center opening guides air right into the radiator. Measure three times, cut once with a dremmel and you'll be able to use a fmic as well as keep enough ducting to guide the air into it. Lower IAT's FTW .
Can you upload a pic showing the length of the undertray? I'll be picking one of these up soon, but I do wanna see the undertray length, etc. Reason I'm curious is my wastegate dumps right there haha
Its an aftermarket bumper not even a oem replica so why would the put a spot for Nissan? Most folks do want a cleaner look without a hamburger there.
The idea could be get 1:1 replica of the V3 bumper with quality and less price!!! with the side marker inserts and the emblems and also the front fins....... any manufacturer is considering this but most of the people likes v3 oem!!

Hi Quinton,
The under tray section only goes back 10 inches from the starting point of the front, so clearance for your dump tube shouldn't be an issue at all.
