We do the most body work possible on the plug so that every part out of the mold comes out as smooth as possible. This helps keep prep time (and costs) low for the end consumer.

also, how does your (ABS?) product hold up to heat from a fmic etc

We're in the process of making the actual mold so I can't take pictures of them right now, but If you have any questions I will be more than happy to help!

We manufacture Polyurethane products. ABS is lighter, but much more fragile. In regards to heat, we manufacture hood scoops that go directly over the engine and have no issues. Additionally, all products come backed by a limited lifetime warranty. IF you did experience any issues we would simply need images of the problem to get you a new one sent out. If you're considering this bumper PM me please.
