Hey guys,

I ordered a set of 3 STRI peak/hold gauges from Josh (along with a Walbro) a few weeks ago and they were shipped out right away. I opened them up the other week, and I have to say, they seem to be really high quality. They come with good instructions, great brushed aluminum casing, quality cables and connections, and everything you need (including remote switch for peak/hold). I posted up some pictures here...

They can't exactly piggy back off each other, however you only have to splice in one power connector, then the connectors coming off of the gauges will piggy back off of the connector that was spliced in. Which is nice, so that you don't have to splice in all of the cables to each gauge. Really though, I'm pumped to get these installed.

I ordered a 3 guage a-pillar, aem wide band, stri oil temp gauge, and stri gauge from Josh of Import Image on 3/7 and got a pretty good price. I received the wideband and a pillar after about a week. Then I received a package with what I thought would be the remaining two gauges on 3/21. It turns out that it was just for the oil temp gauge. I immediately emailed Josh letting him know of this. He said he would check but it probably wouldn't until Monday since 3/21 was good friday. I emailed him 3/24, 3/26, 3/30.. all with no response. I finally called him on the following monday (3/31) which is 10 days after I let him know of my initial problem. He sounded surprised to hear from me, and said I thought you wanted a refund. Which is funny since in none of my emails or calls to him did I ever indicate I wanted a refund. Even if that was the case, I never saw a credit on my credit card. So assured him I still wanted the part. He said he would check into it once again. He said he found out the supplier was out of the country until 4/8, and I could either get a refund or wait until he returned on 4/8. I decided to wait it out. I emailed them on 4/9 and 4/10 asking for shipping time. He finally responded saying they wouldn't be able to ship until next week. I am not sure why it would take a whole week to one part. But I was like fine, and asked for a more definitive time line of shipment (i.e. late or early next week). He never got back to me. I emailed him again on 4/14 asking for him to upgrade the shipping for free since I had been waiting so long for my parts. He didn't respond except with tracking information. Unforunately, the tracking information was over a month old and from the original package they sent. I let him know immediately and once again asked for another update. So I emailed him on 4/16, 4/17, 4/18 all with no response. I then called him on 4/20 because his posting said he was in the office. I left a very detailed message. And I still have not heard anything from him. I usually don't like to voice my issues with a vendor publically, but so far this has the singularly worst customer service I have ever received. I have tried to communicate with him both via email and phone with no response. I am hoping to have better luck with this method.

Josh please let me know what the heck is going on. The supplier has been back in the country for over 9 business days. If my part has shipped great... where it the traccking info. If it is backordered, when will it be available. Regardless, I would like to have some sort of explanation on why you have not returned any of the emails or calls in the past week.
