you get the same response via phone, email, and pm, check your inbox, we return them all promptly. We delivered the gauges promptly. We told you that they were out of the country, and whether you call us 2 times or 100 times a day, the same thing applies. stri isn't picking up the phone, nothing i can do about that. You received your other gauges promptly, they didn't send one gauge, and i suppose could care less, although we did order it. I sent you $ back on the 1 gauge and canceled the order, what else can i possibly do for you? thanks good day.
cliff notes, he ordered gauges, got everything he ordered minus 1 gauge within 1 week of his order...STRI couldn't provide the 1 gauge even after i pestered them many times, i gave him his $ back on the gauge. end of story.

Okay first of all... you claim to have returned my money from the guage. Well if that is the case... where the heck is money? Don't even tell me it is in store credit because I don't want it. I want cash back, I don't want to spend one more penny on you your level of "customer service" .I checked my credit card statement and called them they have not seen one credit from you since bought the stuff on 3/7.
As for your other claims, you claim to have returned all my emails/calls promptly..... please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have not returned one email and call since I told you the tracking you sent on 4/14 was bad. I emailed almost everyday asking for info, which you never responded too. Whether STRI is returning your calls is not the point. Did you tell you me they would ship last week? Did they ship last week? The answer is yes you said they would ship lsat week, and no they did not ship last week. And you know what.. the response below shows the level of "customer service" you give. You couldn't care less that a customer ordered a part over a month ago, and never got this part.

I talked to Josh and we have resolved the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. It was pretty much miscommunication on both sides, but some of the blame probably lies with the vendor that Josh was ordering from.
