FS: BRIGHT License Plate LEDs! Just $5! Cheap, Easy Mod!
I want to order new license plate lights, what is the difference in quality between these and the ebay led lights? They look exactly the same, seller has thousands of great ratings, and ebay has them for cheaper, lmk thanks

The eBay sellers get a rating 1 or 2 weeks after purchase... leaving no time for you to tell the actual quality after months or years of use.
Even if the bulb looks to be the same, the material of the actual SMD chips varies widely, along with the construction of the bulb (precision in soldering, the PCB board, heatsinking material, etc). How do I know? We have received sample LEDs from dozens of suppliers, because they tell us they can sell it to us a little bit cheaper. We get 5-10 emails a day from different Chinese sellers trying to get wholesale accounts. They send us samples, and we compare them to our bulbs to see if we can switch to a different supplier. But 99% are complete junk.
We use bulbs that cost a bit more, but are of much better quality. We simply offer a higher quality LED. Same thing with our HIDs. We just have better products.
...and we ship same-day from the United States, have an excellent warranty, we're open 7 days a week, we have actually tested the bulbs in your car for fitment, you can give us a call with any questions, etc.

If this is the "Stage 2" then what is the 1? I love the bright ones however they seem t light up the road as well, these stay in the license plate cutout it looks like, and wondering how much dimmer the "standard" one is.

stage one would be a little brighter than stock. If you don't like the stage 2 look, The stage 3 look is way brighter than all two stages. Gives you a lot of light on the plate as well as the street.

What year is the z and the 240sx?

The stage 1 is basically just a change over to LED. Gives that different look and feel. It does not really give off a light that is any "brighter" than stock. The stage 2 are significantly brighter than stock with the same look and feel of the stage 1 lights. If you look on our website there should be a comparison and several pictures from other customers that will show the differences for you. Any other questions you have let me know and feel free to keep this discussion going. Let us know how you feel about the products so we know what to keep making improvements on in the future. We ALWAYS appreciste the feedback.

If they send me a set I'd be happy to provide them with a pic that they could use to sell these since no one else has posted the requested pic after multiple times being asked.
Maybe one doesn't exist currently.

I'm gonna order stage one, I saw a bright one on a Honda (maybe S 2 or 3?) and now I don't want anything brighter than 1. I'll post pics when they come in so everyone can see.
