Axxizzer you make the most worthless posts I've ever seen. You contribute nothing to this forum!!!!

(I just got tired of reading your ignorant posts on every thread acting like Mr. know-it-all.)

Seems like a reasonable brake upgrade for those who dont want to spend $$$ for a full big brake kit.....

wow, burned.

I was merely stating that This is the body, exterior, interior, lighting forum; not the suspension, brakes forum

I also said that I liked the kit, I had one before I went AP racing, And I stated that when the calipers are upgraded, the performance is greatly improved. Its awesome for its price; however, I liked the FULL kit better

ss350,

blow me

Not sure when they're coming in but when they do, ill take some installed pics. I'm getting them from a friend who owns a shop, he said they're gonna be about $450-480, i think that's his cost.

Axxizzer...sorry to hear about your Z4. BMWs are difficult and largely unrewarding cars to mod...I know that people do it, but it's costly and gains are usually not that large. When you compound that with BMW's common electrical issues...you end up with nothing but headache.

Especially sorry since you felt that the Z4 was such a huge improvement over your Z. Personally I'm not a fan of its looks, handling/ride, or interior...but the motor (3.0L) is a gem. That said, the VQ is a beast in its own right.

Good luck on getting an 05 and welcome back.

I have this kit since my stock rotors and pads were destroyed by numerous 120+ mph stops and my mom DRIVING AROUND TOWN WITH THE EBRAKE UP! ._. Anyways, works perfect but the Hawk pads squeal like a mother... I cant wait to swap out these pads. Other wise pedal feel and stopping distance are improved and the rotors look very nice. Btw, get slotted rotors not cross drilled.

How hard would this kit be to install and what tools do you need?

I like the rotors but what are you axxizzer talking about upgraded calipers? Would that be the entire brake system upgrade like 3K? Or did you have something else that I am not aware of in mind?

Thanks bro,
