Default RSR Ti2000 vs Down springs

I'm considering purchasing a set of RSR springs, but I have a question I wanted to throw at you all before I order them. Other than the RSR Ti2000 springs being lighter (and of course more expensive) than the "Down" springs, are there any other differences? Any caveats or negative aspects to watch out for with the Ti springs? Any potential problems with the Ti material in a spring?

Hadn't actually shopped out a price yet. I wanted to cover this last question of mine, then start digging around. I'll update this post when I find a good place.
