I have an 03 Touring model with the auto trans. The Z is my daily driver. The one thing that I would like to fix is the suspension. What have people done to get rid of the bounce that the stock suspension has? Other than that, the car has been fantastic! Thanks for the info.

If your on a budget, springs will help alot, or springs and shock combo. But if you have the money, coilover kits are well worth it (if you know how to set-up suspension or know someone who does).

my eibach prokit springs eliminated the bounce. the progressive rate spring makes the car much nicer as far as harshness/bounce goes. but then when laid into in the corners the rate increases & really makes the handling better....great bang for the buck IMO!!

Eibachs are great I have to pro-kit too. But it has a tendency to be lower than they say 1inch drop . I now have about a 2 inch drop after it finally settled but I have stock shocks and hasnt given any problems the bounce is gonenot like a bounce Stock is more like a bunny hop. Eibachs will make it stiffer in the corners . I think it is the best bang for the buck, looks good and handles great 2 thumbs up.

For a daily driver I would recommend Koni shocks and RSR springs. This combo has a moderate drop (0.6" which allows the alignment to be in spec without further mods), tightens the cornering, and best of all, no more bounce.

I have tokico shocks. Great as well... Adjustable and I can make my ride quality very smooth...
If you want to lower the car a little and get better handeling etc get RS-R springs. But there is nothing wrong with the factory springs. If you want to get rid of the bounce get either tokico or koni shocks

I recently had the Tokico D Specs installed and the bounciness is now gone. It cost $200 for the installation at Z1 Motorsports outside of Atlanta but it was well worth the money spent. I still have the oem springs but the ride quality is much improved over stock, although I plan on getting some Tein HTechs pretty soon for the slight drop. I rode in a friends 350 with Konis and was impressed with the ride(no bounce, no jaw shattering harshness) but the D Specs at $498 on Ebay were too hard to pass up. Whether you go Koni or D Spec you will be amazed at the ride difference.
