Has anyone installed the GT Spec front lower brace/rear lower tie brace/rear lower lateral reinforcement brace? Whaddya think? Also, does the rear lower lateral tie brace interfere with the nismo catback exhaust?

I bought all 3. The lateral reinforcement brace does not fit with a Fujitsubo cat back which is very simialar to the Nismo so that probably will not fit either.

It will fit if you force it a bit but it rubs against the mid-pipe causing all the rumble to resonate throughout the cockpit. It was unbearable.

The shame of it was that the lateral brace appears to make the most difference. When I added it I could tell it was there moreso than with just the other 2. When I took it off I could realy notice that as well.

 

are they lighter than stock like the STi ones?

These are additional braces. There is no stock equivalent. If you do a search on gtspec braces you will find many pics of the braces.
