Lowered on Tein S-teks with 19" rims = rubbing?

Lowered on Tein S-teks with 19" rims = rubbing?

If I get 19" rims and at the same time have my car lowered on Tein S-tek springs, will I have to fold the arches to stop rubbing? FR = 19x9 with 19 offset and Rr = 19x10 with 26 offest.

hey iam running volks sf challenge with 9.5 in the front with 245 35 19 with a +28 offset and the rear iam running 19 10.5 with 275 35 19 +23 offset,drop on s tech there is no rubbing at all it safe
