Default Alignment specs for new shocks/sways

I just had my stock suspension realigned for the tire feathering issue. I have an 03 track. I got new tires from the dealer. Don't know if the fix is permanent.

I will have new shocks (Konis) and sways (F/R Hotchkis) installed in a few days. Springs will remain shock. After the installation, I would need an alignment. I would like to use factory alignment, hopefully using settings that are friendly on tire feathering. Does anyone know the latest factory settings for an 03 track?

What alignment specs should I use? Should I have the shop align the suspension whatever they think is suitable or should I provide my own specs?

Also, I heard that the shocks and sways make a big improvement in handling and ride. Is this still the concensus?

Thanks,
Baron
