Default Suspension / tire wear problem, need some help

Alright i feel kind of dumb posting this since it may have been beaten to death in the past but im a novice on the topic. Basically right now i have Toyo t1-s tires on a set of Volks. The inside of the tires, especially the front are wore to **** wehereas the outside is barely worn. I dont know if this is from the tire feathering issue but i dont see how this could happen. I had TEIN S-tech springs installed about a year ago and have had the tires since 02/04. At this point im concerned the tires might just pop while driving and before i strap a new set on i want to know if this is something i can take up with Nissan or am i screwed because of the springs? Also would a mild decrease in tire pressure accomplish this? Please give me some feedback it's much appreciated.

I am a newb here so I will answer your question. You have lowered the car, and in the process generated negative camber (top of wheel tilted toward the center of the car). This puts more pressure on the inside of the tire than the outside. To correct this you will need a "camber kit," this is essentially an adapter for each wheel which allows you to compensate for the negative camber generated by lowering the suspension geometry. I'm just researching 350Z's here and I do not own one, but I am sure there are at least a few camber adjustment options available.

Do a search for "camber"

String is correct. You've increased the negative camber by lowering the car. When you installed the springs you should have gotten an alignment. If you did they should have told you then whether they were able to get it adjusted within specs. If not then you should have gotten aftermarket camber adjusters installed and have it realigned. Better get it taken care of before buying new tires.

There are several options/brands out there for the rear but only 1-2 good ones for the front.

The 350Z has no camber adjustment up front. So if you lowered after a point you are DEFINETLY out of spec and the oly choice is to get a kit or adjustable A arms to get the camber back to spec.

Or rotate the tires frequently. Or buy tires frequently.
