imo, "traction bars" are only needed if you are going to a full-race suspension setup (for increased bushing strength and less flex) - other wise, they are useless when it comes to adjusting the alignment (b/c as mentioned above, they manipulate the suspension geometry by adjusting caster to get the toe specs back into spec - but as a result you are negatively affecting caster)

I don't really care what camber arms anyone gets (SPC, Stillen, 350EVO, and of course KINETIX - they all do the same job, the only difference is the bushing quality - 350EVO being the best) but I definitely recommend getting a set of SPC toe bolts to get the rear toe to align THE CORRECT WAY!
