I'll will absolutely positively do the group buy......I just did my first canyon run yesterday and want to upgrade my rims/tires and suspension....group buy for sways as well!!!? I was talking with someone from Street Image a few weeks back who said he would consider doing a group buy.... we can check with them as well...maybe I will become a premier member so that I could initiate group buys....but not sure what is required to initiate group buy....any suggestions...! I got a brand spanking new Z...so if I can organize group buys that most interest me....the membership would in essence pay for itself....

I would also like to know how exactly the shocks are adjusted and the difficulty level being a novice tuner, even though a fast learner...!!!

^^^ i'm not sure if this still applies now that there is the whole premier member thing - but i know it was a requirement to have at least 300 posts. i suppose i could become a premier member. i spend enough time on this sight to justify the cost i suppose.

The 1.2 inch drop seems a little too much. That would probably throw my aligment way out specs. Are there any good springs with a more subtle drop ? Maybe less than 1" ?

The fronts are easy as they can be access from the engine compartment but the rears you have to pull the shock down to access the top of it to adjust, for which you have to raise the car undo two nuts and pull the shock down adjust and then put it back not something you want to do every day but OK if just done every so often.

That price is WAY too high. Here, almost $200 cheaper.
I actually nego with the seller, brought it down another $25.00.

I'm in if it's $430 shipped or lower.

We will start a group buy .

We have a great relationship with tokico (they prototyped the shocks on my car).

The Spring Rates are 275 front and 275 rear.

The drop of their Spring is 1 inch all the way around.

Let us get something together and will we start up a group buy for the shock only and the shock + spring combo.

Ill just need to work something out with our distributor or go direct .

Hang Tight .

Default Dspec

The D spec is just the struts correct? I thought they're only making the struts version without the springs for the z. Anyhow, I'm down for the GB struts.

They have D-Spec shocks and also D-Spec suspension the suspension adds the springs. I doubt they will be able to do 430 that is below cost.

OK Im in also..Im ready to buy with money in hand. Im still wandering how the Dspec spring will compare to the eibach spring. Im sure since these were developed for this strut/shock then they "may" work better, but im still in for the tried and true..hmmm..
