Current set-up:
2003 Touring
19x8.5 front 235/35/19
19x10 rear 275/30/19
I plan on lowering the Z, using Tein springs. I believe it is a 0.6 drop front & 0.7 drop in rear. I am aware that this will void the Nissan factory warranty, but I curious as to whether or not it will throw my VDC out of whack? I wouldn't want the VDC to kick in during normal driving conditions.

VDC only has to do with rotational speed differnces between wheels. Lowering your car will not affect VDC.
BTW... adding aftermarket products does not void your warranty.
