Default 350EVO rear sway bar - do you have to permanently remove aero parts under car?

when my 350EVO sway bars were installed, the plastic aero plates were removed to put them there. The guy who installed them said they wouldn't stay on with the strut bar.

I have the nismo exhaust too - maybe that's causing some issue?

they're the black plastic aero plates on each side by the rear tires

Anyone else have to take them off or was my installer being an idiot?

Why not call 350Evo. That would make a lot of sense.

Assume the latter is correct. The rear aero pieces have no problem fitting back where they originally once the 350Evo bar is installed.
