Haven't had any direct experience with them, but they seem good on paper. They're among my top 3 choices if I get some new springs...

I use them now...and have for about 20,000 miles now. I really do like them, as they feel pretty much no different than stock, they just sit lower. I am however selling them soon, to go to some coilovers, just like you plan on. I am currently looking to get the HKS RS or a local shop's custom product.

Overall, the Hotchkis springs have been great for ride quality and aesthetics. For the price, and for a temporary fix, they cannot be beat.
