Default Major suspension problem

I have finally closed on a brand new condo in Brooklyn only to find out that my car, even at stock suspension height, will not clear the dip as you get on the driveway to pull into the underground garage. There are 13 other families in the condominium, none besides me drive sportscars, so modification of driveway is out of the question. It is almost impossible to find parking on the street in there (that is if I was desparate enough to leave the car outside).

Anyone who can suggest a solution please do.

I have been looking into getting a set of those airbags from each corner of the car and putting a motor to inflate them (like one those show car people like to use) and using it to raise the car by 2-3 inches to pull into the garage safely. Here are my questions:
Will this system be the solution to the problem?
Will it permit me to use aftermarket shocks/springs?
Will there be any negative effects on handling? (besides increased weight)
Should I use air or hydrolic suspension?
Which the best system to use?
Is there another solution to this issue?

Thank you.

Is it possible to take the dip at an angle instead on head on?

Me again.
Just got off the phone with the Airbagit people. They actually told me that this suspension setup would affect my handling negatively and did not recomment going that direction (talk about professional ethics...).
I am looking in a different direction now. Does the Injen TD decrease your ground clearence on the back of the car? I will also post this in the intake/exhaust section and I will try calling injen to get more info.

There is a metal scraping sound from the back half of the car. I am going there again tomorrow. I will have my dad at the wheel and I will lay on the ground with my eyes level with it to see what is actually dragging. I really hope that it is the exhaust b/c I was planning to go back to stock in preparation for the TN-ST kit, so I may do the exhaust earlier.

no exhaust has more clearance than stock. Hate to say it, but you are going to either have to find somewhere else to park or get a different car.

I can already tell you where it is dragging. There is a large flat metal cross brace dead center in the car - this is the lowest point of the car and what typically rubs
