Default Front wheels allignment puzzle - how to?

Hi. I am trying to sort out how to allign wheels after re-assembling the front suspension (after some body work) and I am really puzzled how to do it.
The Service Manual is of little help, since it is extremely obscure and brief on the issue. I would appreciate any input on how to align properly.
Thanks.

The only adjustment you have is toe. Toe is adjusted buy rotating the tie rod ends.
Get the specs from the tire noise TSB.

I don't see how you could do this in your garage with any degree of accuracy. Get it close and take it to the dealer for a proper alignment.

The 350Z has several alignment specifications. Why not take the Z to a pro with the necessary equipment?

Thanks guys. That was really helpful. The problem is that I am from Lithuania, where we have maybe 4 or 5 Z's around in the whole country. Mine, is US import, what further complicates things.
I do have acces to fair alignment equipment, but I was unsure that this is only steering rod ends that allow adjusting toe-in. I see now that camber and caster can not be adjusted. It also seems to me that body geometry is much more crucial for Z wheel allignment that for the other cars.
Thanks again.
