Default Check out these Camber Arms. Do i need toe bolts?

Okay, the attached image is the camber arms i installed last week. I have not put on any toe bolts nor have i aligned the car yet (monday morning) After reading the description i am wondering if i even need toe bolts, check out the quote from the ebay auction on these arms. I lowered the car about .5 inch and put 20's on it.

"These traction adjustable arms allow fine tuning of the rear suspension and allow slight adjustment of rear wheel toe. When lowering your car 1.5-2 inches and adjusting rear camber back to spec, your toe will need to be pulled back into spec as well, which can be achieved with these arms."

Not possible.

The toe adjustment is done completey separate from the camber adjustment. If you buy the SPC extreme kit you will get similar camber arms plus toe cam-bolts you allow you to adjust both camber and toe.

Those above arms will only adjust camber. If you are lowering a lot you will not be able to bring toe back into spec.
